George came highly recommended from a friend. The first day we were going to look at houses, one on our list was suddenly taken off the market. However, George was able to get us in to see it. We spent 45 minutes on the property and knew it was the one we wanted to buy. George was great throughout the process, handling negotiations and inspections for us. And now that we're in the home, he's continued to provide us with names of trusted contractors. So, from getting us into see the property, negotiating a price we were comfortable with, and offering assistance after the purchase, we really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were able to have a very open channel of communication with Melanie to buy our new home (and sell our old one!). Even beyond the buying/selling experience, Melanie has been able to connect us with superb contractors to take on the various projects (electrical, outdoor, etc.) in our new home. Working with these contractors has been a pleasant surprise in terms of their responsiveness and diligence; I attribute this all to Melanie. I learned about George through multiple friends who recommended him. The first time buying on my own, I had a lot of questions, and needed a lot of guidance at every step of the way. George filled that role effortlessly. He was great at keeping me informed while simultaneously letting me drive. I trusted and asked for his personal opinions on neighborhoods, on building construction, potential projects' cost, on competitive levers in the buying process, etc. and he was so helpful along the way. If he saw a red flag at a home, he made sure I was aware of it. Working with George, I very much felt I had all the best information and was never pressured into any decision along the way. An awesome person to work with!

I can't say enough good things about George. His local knowledge and expertise on the process of buying & selling a home (and making it as easy as possible on you) is unmatched. He was available at all hours - day, night, weekends - he always responded to our questions and was up for meeting in person to help with everything. He takes everything into account in order to maximize the value and return you get - he helped us with lenders, cleaners, painters, movers - if it was a part of the process, George was there with a quality crew. To top it all off, within one week we had 7 competitive offers and sold for well over asking price. Not only did he sell our former home, but he helped us get into and buy our dream home. She gave me good guidance without being pushy or providing too many opinions to sway my judgement. She let me make my own decisions without pressure, but also made sure I had all the information at hand to make a good decision.
